Listing corrections
Email contact@giveario.com with the Giveario URL, the information to correct and an official source that supports the correction. Tell us if a promotion has ended or a link no longer works. We check available sources before changing a listing.
Privacy and content rights
Use the same address for privacy inquiries or questions about an image or text. Identify the page and your connection to the material. Do not attach identity documents or banking information unnecessary for the initial inquiry.
Commercial proposals
Identify your message as commercial and explain the proposal. A commercial proposal does not establish verification or guarantee publication.
Entries and prizes
Giveario.com publishes editorial information. We do not accept entries, choose winners or deliver prizes. For an entry issue, use the organizer's official contact in the rules.

How to write a useful message
A good correction request includes four things: the address of the Giveario listing, the detail you think is wrong, the official link that shows the correct detail and, if you have one, a screenshot with the date. With that we can check it at the source in a single pass, without asking you for more.
If you are an organizer and want a listing updated or removed, state your relationship to the campaign and a link to the official site where we can verify it. We compare the conditions against the published rules before changing anything, and when a promotion ends or is withdrawn we mark it as finished.
We cannot answer questions about the status of an entry, the delivery of a prize or the validity of a receipt, because we do not run the promotions. For those, write to the official contact listed in the organizer’s rules. We also never ask for passwords, banking details or identity documents by email.
